I wanted to prove to my guy that I could workout while I was tied up. He didn't believe that I could. Boy, did I prove him wrong. I started with my casual strut donw the runway....I mean the treadmill. I casually worked it into a bit of a jog. I tied rope right above my knees to make it a little bit tougher to move. I then added a crotch rope and a rope around my calves. With my legs tied and in plank position I proceeded into push-ups. My arms proved to be a little weak but I worked through them. I gagged myself in order to practice my breathing, keeping a calm and balanced. I practiced a few more push-ups before moving onto other exercises. I proceeded to do some more jogging on the treadmill while my legs were tied, it was more of a fast paced awkward walk but I still did it. What is a workout with some form of squat. With perfect form I practiced doing squats in rotation. By the time I was done I was sweating up a storm.
